The batteries in my Gräd Vitro 90 Electronic Lock are dead. How do I change them?

The Vitro 90 lock uses 4 AA alkaline batteries. To change the batteries, follow the steps below:

  1. Remove the back cover of the lock.
  2. Remove the old batteries.
  3. Clean the battery contacts using a small brush.
  4. Insert the new batteries, making sure they are in the correct position.
  5. Replace the back cover.

We recommend replacing the batteries every 12 months or as soon as the lock emits the low battery alarm .

What is the warranty period?

Gräd products have a 2-year warranty from the date of issue of the sales invoice.

Which application is compatible with the Gräd Vitro 90 Electronic Lock?

The Gräd Vitro 90 Electronic Lock works with the TT Lock App, available for IOS and Android.

All settings are made directly in the application.
