The battery in my Gräd Ônix 1000 Electronic Lock is dead. How do I recharge it?

The Ônix 1000 lock works with 2 lithium batteries. To recharge, follow the steps below:

  1. Remove the back cover of the lock.
  2. Remove both batteries.
  3. Insert the batteries into the charger that comes with the product.
  4. Connect the charger to the socket and wait for the charging to complete.
  5. Once charging is complete, remove the batteries from the charger and place them back into the lock.

Recharging normally takes place every 3 months or as soon as the lock emits the low battery alarm .

What is the warranty period?

Gräd products have a 2-year warranty from the date of issue of the sales invoice.

Ônix 1000 works with the Tuya App, available for IOS and Android.
