The battery in my Gräd Ébano 900 Electronic Lock is dead. How do I recharge it?
The Gräd Ébano 900 Lock uses a lithium battery. To recharge it, follow the steps below:
- Locate the USB-C port on the top of the lock from the inside.
- Connect a USB-C cable, plug it into the wall outlet and wait for it to recharge (recharging time is approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on the charger used).
Recharging normally takes place every 3 months or as soon as the lock emits the low battery alarm .
What is the warranty period?
Gräd products have a 2-year warranty from the date of issue of the sales invoice.
