The battery in my Gräd Vision One Smart Plus Electronic Lock is dead. How do I recharge it?

The Gräd Vision One Lock uses a lithium battery. To recharge it, follow the steps below:

  1. Locate the USB-C port on the top of the lock from the inside.
  2. Connect a USB-C cable, plug it into the wall outlet and wait for it to recharge (recharging time is approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on the charger used).

Recharging normally takes place every 3 months or as soon as the lock emits the low battery alarm .

What is the warranty period?

Gräd products have a 2-year warranty from the date of issue of the sales invoice.

Which app is compatible with the Gräd Vision One Electronic Lock?

The Gräd Vision One Electronic Lock works with the Tuya App, available for IOS and Android.

All settings are made directly in the application.
