The batteries in my Gräd AC200 WP Electronic Lock are dead. How do I change them?

The Gräd AC200 WP lock uses 4 AAA alkaline batteries. To change the batteries, follow the steps below:

  1. Remove the back cover using a Philips screwdriver.
  2. Remove the old batteries.
  3. Clean the battery contacts using a small brush to remove any residue.
  4. Insert new batteries, observing the correct polarity.
  5. Replace the back cover and make sure it is securely attached.

We recommend replacing the batteries every 12 months or as soon as the lock emits the low battery alarm .

What is the warranty period?

Gräd products have a 2-year warranty from the date of issue of the sales invoice.

The Gräd AC200 WP Electronic Lock works with the TT Lock App, available for IOS and Android.
