The batteries in my Gräd AA 200 WP Electronic Lock are dead. How do I change them?
The Gräd AA 200 WP lock uses 3 AAA alkaline batteries. To change the batteries, follow the steps below:
- Remove the back cover using a Philips screwdriver.
- Remove the old batteries.
- Clean the battery contacts using a small brush to remove any residue.
- Insert new batteries, observing the correct polarity.
- Replace the back cover and make sure it is securely attached.
We recommend replacing the batteries every 12 months or as soon as the lock emits the low battery alarm .
What is the warranty period?
Gräd products have a 2-year warranty from the date of issue of the sales invoice.
Which application is compatible with the Gräd AA 200 WP Electronic Lock?
The Gräd AA 200 WP Electronic Lock works with the TT Lock App, available for IOS and Android.
All settings are made directly in the application.
How do I reset my Gräd AA200 WP Electronic Lock?
To reset your AA200 WP lock:
1- Remove the back of the lock (inside) by removing the screw located above the handle.
2- Locate the reset button in the lower right corner.
3- Press and hold the button for about 5 seconds.
After this time, the lock will ask for the reset password.
Type 0000 and finish by pressing the # key.
