What if the battery in my GAR 1500 Lock runs out?

First, it is important to mention that the GAR 1500 lock has a low battery alarm.

If the battery runs out, it has a discreet micro USB input on the bottom.

If the batteries run out, simply connect a power bank or a cell phone charger with a micro USB cable. This will power the lock, allowing you to use the registered biometrics or password so you can easily change the batteries.

What is the warranty period?

Gräd products have a 2-year warranty from the date of issue of the sales invoice.

What if I need to replace parts and pieces of the lock?

Don't worry. All models in our line have replacement parts and pieces if necessary.
