- Alarms: attempted break-in, incorrect opening (5 times, 180 seconds lock), low battery and duress.

The battery in my Gräd Essence Stone Electronic Lock has run out. How do I recharge it?
The Gräd Essence Stone Lock uses a lithium battery. To recharge it, follow the steps below:
- Locate the USB-C port on the top of the lock from the inside.
- Connect a USB-C cable, plug it into the wall outlet and wait for it to recharge (recharging time is approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on the charger used).
Recharging normally takes place every 3 months or as soon as the lock emits the low battery alarm .
What is the warranty period?
Gräd products have a 2-year warranty from the date of issue of the sales invoice.
Which app is compatible with the Gräd Essence Stone Electronic Lock?
The Gräd Essence Stone Electronic Lock works with the Tuya App, available for IOS and Android.
