The batteries in my Gräd GCA 50 Electronic Lock are dead. How do I change them?
The Gräd GCA 50 electronic lock uses 2 AA alkaline batteries. To change the batteries, follow the steps below:
- Remove the back cover of the lock.
- Remove the old batteries.
- Clean the battery contacts using a small brush.
- Insert the new batteries, making sure they are in the correct position.
- Replace the back cover.
We recommend replacing the batteries every 12 months or as soon as the lock emits the low battery alarm .
What is the warranty period?
Gräd products have a 2-year warranty from the date of issue of the sales invoice.
